Limitation of Liability

Content of this Website

The contents of this website are created with the greatest possible care. However, the provider assumes no liability for the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the content provided. Use of the website’s content is at the user’s own risk. Contributions identified by name reflect the opinion of the respective author and not necessarily the opinion of the provider.

Availability of the Website

The provider will endeavor to offer the service for access with as few interruptions as possible. Even with all due care, however, downtimes cannot be ruled out. The provider reserves the right to change or discontinue its offering at any time.

External Links

This website contains links to third-party websites (“external links”). These websites are subject to the liability of the respective operators. At the time of the initial linking, the provider checked the external content for any legal violations. At that time, no legal violations were apparent. The provider has no influence over the current and future design or content of the linked pages. The inclusion of external links does not mean that the provider adopts the content behind the reference or link as its own. Constant monitoring of these external links is not reasonable for the provider without specific evidence of legal violations. However, if legal violations become known, such external links will be deleted immediately.

No Contractual Relationship

No contractual relationship is established between the user and the provider through the use of the provider’s website. In this respect, no contractual or quasi-contractual claims against the provider shall arise.
